a. What data is processed and for what purpose?
Each time content on the website is accessed, data that may allow identification is stored temporarily. The following data is collected:
- Date and time of access
- IP address
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Page from which our website was accessed (referrer)
- Page visited on our website
- Notification of whether the retrieval was successful
- Amount of data transferred
- Information about the browser type and version used
- Operating system
b. On what legal basis is this data processed?
The data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing the website technically and ensuring its security and stability.
c. Are there any recipients of the personal data other than the controller?
The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur. The host receives the data listed above as a processor.
d. How long is the data stored?
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. Where the data is collected to provide the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended. The log files are retained for a maximum of 24 hours and are directly and exclusively accessible to administrators.
3. Applicant data
a. What data is processed and for what purpose?
If you apply to us, we process the data you submit with your application, in particular your name, contact details, CV, certificates, references and other documents, as well as the content of our correspondence. We use this data exclusively to review your application and to carry out the application process.
b. On what legal basis is this data processed?
The data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking steps prior to entering into a contract). Where we retain your data after the process has been completed in order to defend ourselves against possible legal claims, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Any storage beyond this, for example for future vacancies, takes place only with your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
c. Are there any recipients of the personal data other than the controller?
Your application can only be viewed by the persons who decide on filling the position. Our email mailbox is operated by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, which acts as a processor. Your data is not passed on to any other third parties.
d. How long is the data stored?
If you are not hired, we delete your documents six months after the application process has been completed, unless you have consented to longer storage. If an employment relationship is established, we transfer the necessary data to your personnel file.
4. Contacting us by email
a. What data is processed and for what purpose?
If you contact us by email, we process the data you submit to us in doing so, in particular your name, your email address, the content of your message and any attachments. We use this data exclusively to handle your enquiry.
b. On what legal basis is this data processed?
If your enquiry is aimed at the conclusion or performance of a contract, the data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. In all other cases, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in responding to your enquiry.
c. Are there any recipients of the personal data other than the controller?
Our email mailbox is operated by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, which acts as a processor. Your data is not passed on to any other third parties.
d. How long is the data stored?
We delete the data as soon as your enquiry has been conclusively dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this, for example because the enquiry results in an order.
5. Rights of data subjects
a. Right of access: you can request information pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR about the personal data we process concerning you.
b. Right to rectification: if the information concerning you is not (or no longer) accurate, you can request rectification pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR. If your data is incomplete, you can request that it be completed.
c. Right to erasure: you can request the erasure of your personal data pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR.
d. Right to restriction of processing: pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data.
e. Right to data portability: if the conditions of Art. 20(1) GDPR are met, you have the right to have data that we process by automated means on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or to third parties.
f. Right to object: you have a right to object on grounds relating to your particular situation (see section II).
g. Right to withdraw consent: if you have consented to processing, you can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future pursuant to Art. 7(3) GDPR. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.
h. Right to lodge a complaint: if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes data protection law, you have the right pursuant to Art. 77(1) GDPR to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority of your choice.
II. Right to object pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR
You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
